Flight booking policy

The total price includes all tax charges excluding tax charges or other charges payable to the airport.

The booking amount will not be refunded in case of flight absence or for partially used tickets.
Meals and special services must be ordered directly from the airline and subject to their acceptance or refusal.

Hotel reservation policy

Booking cancellation
