Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information, including passenger names, travel dates, contact details, and travel documents, is accurate. Thabat Aviation shall not be liable for any losses or expenses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Payment
Payment must be made in accordance with the applicable payment policy at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
The website provides secure and approved electronic payment methods, and all transactions are processed using industry-standard security and encryption protocols.
Completion of the payment process constitutes acceptance of the booking amount and any applicable fees.
4. Cancellation and Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to approval by the relevant service provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Thabat Aviation shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, schedule changes, losses, damages, or obligations arising from services provided by third-party suppliers.
